Every Deep Dialogue program is built on “learning by doing” — no one-way lectures, only real dialogue and practice. Participants experience the C² methodology in real situations, internalizing it through lived experience rather than memorizing handouts. Even the certification runs hands-on.
Deep Dialogue serves two core audiences: business teams (the Entrepreneurs track) and educators (the Educators track). The underlying methodology is the same; only the context differs. Managers, founders, HR, trainers, and teachers each have their own path — just pick the track that fits you.

Our Team Coach certification path connects with Finland’s Team Academy methodology and is localized for Chinese business and education contexts. The current path develops from Team Coach to Senior Team Coach and Master Team Coach, with completion and certification details explained by program stage.
A Learning Journey is Deep Dialogue’s international study program for executives and education leaders, with destinations including Helsinki/Jyväskylä (Finland), Opava (Czechia), and Amsterdam (Netherlands). Each trip runs about 7–10 days, with deep visits to local institutions, innovative companies, and Team Academy partners. It can be part of the Senior or Master Team Coach path, and can also be joined on its own.
